Using the fascial lines of the body we will work with breathe and guided self awareness to release deep physical and engergetic tensions to create profound shifts in how your body and spirit funtction. Using crystals, we will read your energy centers and as needed, apply contact and aroma therapy to open and engage those centers, offering insight, intuition, and grounding in a balance along all you chakras.

Healing Touch: basics of mindful touch for couples -90min

Do you and your partner want to learn some easy steps to engaging in healing touch with each other? In this 90 minute partner session we will explore the basic do's and dont's of hands on therapy. Each participant will receive 30 minute exploratory and educational hands on experience. We will review the different effects and uses of lotions, gels, and oils, answer questions like 'What is a contraindication?', as well as observe and practice several easy to apply strokes. Our time will include how best to offer touch to your partner without injury or strain, how best to communicate about healing touch, and how to read nonverbal clues.

Cold is a fantastic healer of the body, reducing inflammation and associated pains, lessening puffy retentions and tightening the skin. By applying chilled stones directly to areas of concern, functional impairments and effort related injuries can be healed and prepared for deeper bodywork if desired!
